November 22, 2002, Newsletter Issue #67: Reach out and touch someone!

Tip of the Week

Your marketing plan (not your `Business Plan` that you started your business with) is a flexible tool. Adjustments can be made to accommodate a change in the marketplace.

Your marketing plan should be written so that it can be reviewed frequently. Accountability to the plan should be followed so that results can be tracked. If one aspect of your plan can be identified as not working, through results tracking, you will know not to repeat that activity or to change some aspect of it.

Write your Marketing Plan...and Review it often. Track results to identify and terminate unproductive activities.
